100V Vin buck regulator options
« on: November 26, 2022, 12:34:34 pm »
Hello all,

For a project we need a 100V Vin rated buck regulator with output voltage of 12V and current rating of at least 1A. Low Iq is preferable (<200 uA). As I can see only TI, Analog Devices and Monolithic Power have such chips.

Any other company having buck regulators with such high input voltage?

Thanks!

Probably Power Integrations has something, the LNK3209GQ does meet the input voltage but no the output current, have a look
