14.4V ground reference for ADC

I thought that the reverse standoff voltage is the difference between when the TVS turns on and turns of. |O |O
There is diodes with higher standoff in rs components |O |O

It has a maximum reverse standoff voltage of 24V. Minimum breakdown voltage of 26.5V and maximum clamping voltage of 70V.
This will be okay.
