1V to 12+V at low current boost converter.

Hi,
I'm looking for a boost converter schematic that doesnt use any IC like LT1073 or any boost converter controller. only simple op amps, transistors, zeners and diode.
the input voltage is 1V, the input current is more then 1A and the output current is about 50-30mA, the output voltage can be any voltage above 12V and less then 30V. but it needs to be regulated.
I tried looking for schematics on google but after some simulation they where not suitable.

anyways it turns out I dont need any boost converter.
