300V DC supply

I’m looking for a power supply module with moderately high voltage.

0-300V adjustable
150mA out
Flat DC
I might be able to compromise a little on the current if I need to, definitely 100mA out at least.
Connector doesn’t really matter. SHV or MHV or insulated banana jacks or whatever.

Making one is kind of the last resort if I have to.

Could anyone recommend where to buy something suitable?

ebay.

This one just closed - https://www.ebay.com/itm/HP-Agilent-6186C-Power-Supply-300-V-AT-1-Amp/263890397669?epid=1904113194&hash=item3d7117e9e5:g:DZ0AAOSwqLxbez8a

Or I don’t see them that often, but a couple of years ago I got a Matsusada RK-80H 0-320V 200mA PSU for a bit over $100 also on ebay.

Hmm

I'd be surprised if Magne-Power, Keysight (aka HP aka Agilent) or Tektronix can't sell you something.

Also, sorry to be a worry wart, but be careful when using such a supply.  They will spit out lethal voltages and can do so by surprise depending on the control settings.  For example, some supplies will turn their outputs on when you turn on main power at the wall (depends on settings).  This can be extremely surprising when you just wanted to check the settings.
PointyOintment:
Maybe either an old vacuum tube bench power supply like Heathkit used to (let you) make, or a used electrophoresis power supply. Electrophoresis power supplies usually are not isolated, with positive and negative outputs that are symmetric about earth ground, but without a terminal for ground, which makes them hard to work with. Also, their intended application isn't really sensitive to noise, so they might be noisy.
