Title: 3D and Mobile Technology
Post by: katedunl on March 03, 2012, 12:47:17 am
We launched a 3D video called Bubble Mania on the Internet last year. It was designed to show off 3D on a smartphone that had 3D capabilities (HTC EVO 3D). I would love to hear feedback if you can watch it in 3D - you can also use 3D glasses.

Please let me know what you think so we can incorporate into future videos. Thanks. k d

Here it is:

don't need glasses to watch that, just go cross-eyed and overlap both images.

I dont understand! Who wants to view 3D on a phone? Besides that, can you tell us how you would create a 3D video that would be different for a mobile audience than a cinema audience. Wouldnt they be the same? I checked on YouTube, and you have a mobile version - what is the dif?

As more people want to view videos on their mobile devices, more people will want the capability to view 3d as well. The mobile video of 3D Bubble Mania is enhanced for the mobile phone. Some of the 3d effects were altered to make them pop more on a handheld device. Did you notice any difference when you watched?
