Siemens LL Cap Datasheet

Hi guys

  Can you please tell me if this is a AC or DC cap? I can't find the datasheet for it anywhere. I would want to use it across 230V mains ( I know it's REALLY close to the limit as it's 230 * sqrt( 2 ) ). Also if anyone knows if this is a X rated cap would be awesome

Edit: Seems that it may be a EPCOS cap (or at lease they have some datasheet on a cap that's really similar)
Edit2: It's a DC cap in the end. + on the left hand side of the image.

It is an electrolytic cap, therefore only DC.
B43566 is the partnumber.
