converting power up sequence into automatic using pulses reccomendations

Hello, In the photo and datasheet attached and i have a power up sequence of CGHV1A250F.
I need to make circuit which makes it autimatic using a delay between pulses.
What logic do you reccomend me to use so with pulses i could implement this startu sequence?

MCU (if already exists) or just shift register (like 74HC164)

Add: 74HC299 will be better - it could provide both turn on and turn off sequence
