Custom PC front panel with USB

Hi all,

I want to design a custom front panel for my server, with some status LEDs, buttons, serial connector and USB ports.
On inspecting some front panels from standard PC cases I found, that those have some inductances and/or resistors integrated into the USB signal path on the pcb.
Unfortunately, I could not find any publicly availabel sample schematics.
Can anyone give me some advise, what components/values shall be used?
