Requesting a second set of eyes on a power supply design

Hello, I have designed what I think is a functional power supply (dual tracking mains isolated +/-21 Volts, 1.5Amps). I would really appreciate some experienced eyes on the design I made in LTspice. From the waveforms, I think everything should be in order; but this is the first time I've designed a power supply so I don't know if the simulation is hiding problems that I'm not aware of. Some more focused questions I have are:

• I have paralleled the LT3081's and LT3091's as per the datasheet suggestions, but I'm unsure if this is necessary. I just didn't like the idea of running the regulators at max output
• I have no good ideas about the current limit potentiometer situation and I am trying to avoid dealing with digital pots and microcontrollers if possible
• I was planning on 3D printing the enclosure for the project possibly. Would the only things that I need to earth be the transformer and the external earth jack? Since the case would be plastic?
