Trying to identify this cable

I am trying to figure out what these interconnects are/for.  I picked them up on a whim from a thrift store.  Cable is about the same size as RG174.  It is not an optical cable, and is a shielded coax, but the ends I have never seen before.

Very strange cable!
My guess is that the cable is used for interconnect some kind of High Voltage, they seem to have made big effort making the distance as big as possible between ground and center conductor.
Does not look like a RF thing, and PTFE cable has high dielectric strength suitable for HV.

Well it could be high voltage, it could also possibly be a very low leakage cable for electrometer / picoammeter type applications. The insulation looks like polyethylene rather than PTFE. I don't recognise the connectors either, they look proprietary.

They look like medical screened leads to me. Think EKG/ECG or similar. Usually different colours to identify leads on machine.

Look medical to me too, meant to be disposable no doubt.

So I have been looking into medical, and most anything I find is a banana lead, and not coaxial.  So I think this is not Medical.
I also do not think it is meant to be disposable.  It looks too well made for that.
