"rail to rail" opamps

hey guys and girls. does anyone happen to know if a lm358 dual opamp is a "rail to rail". if not, is there a rail to rail opamp with the same pinout in a dip-8 package. oh, and it must be able to run from 12V

Almost every (not 100% sure, maybe even any) dual op amp in a dip-8 package, has the same pinout.
You can also check out the parametric search of the manufacturer website e.g. LT:

or a TS912IN
used them in a number of designs so far and havent had any issue with them

I think i will use the TS912 opamps because price dosentmatter that much. All specs are better anyway.

I recall some of the TS9xx opamps having a very large input current. So beware if the amplification is wrong.
