Looking for QFN 48 pin 6x6mm layout dimensions
« on: August 13, 2016, 11:44:29 am »
As title I'm looking for QFN 48 pin 6x6mm layout dimensions, I've a chip that use this package but datasheet doesn't provide any PCB layout dimensions. I need to draw it but I've found only 48pin QFN 7x7mm layout dimensions. Does someone have correct standard dimensions for this package?

Thank you!

Have you tried searching from the Google? It is pretty handy.

To search for footprints on Google try variations on the following queries:

QFN48 6x6 footprint
"QFN-48" 6x6 "land pattern"

etc.

Yaro,

I suggest you download the IPC Land Pattern Calculator.
http://www.ipc.org/ContentPage.aspx?pageid=Land-Pattern-Calculator

Enter the package's mechanical measurements from the data sheet and it will calculate a land pattern for you. You can view the attributes of the pattern easily and use this as a reference to recreate it in your PCB software of choice.

It would really, really, really help if you told us the part number. Lots of companies put the mechanical and footprint data separately.
