HOW TO APPLY DESIGN RULES WHILE ROUTING IN EAGLE?

While routing itself, how to apply the design rules in Eagle? Now the traces are getting overlapped with vias & pins of different nets. I want it should get cleared from other nets while routing.Plz help me. Thanks!!!!

How about posting the questions in the correct area on the forum instead of spamming the wrong area with many questions?
