Any suggestions for an alternative for a max40200 which is an ideal diode used in a battery backup for a low voltage/low currnet circuit. |

A mosfet? You need to make it clear what you are trying to do... |

I have a low power circuit, it has duty cycle of about .02% where it pulls 70mA. the rest of the time it is around 3uA. Nominal power requirement is a Vdd of 3.3V The primary power source will be a USB 5V supply. ( because they are everywhere ). THe backup power supply will be some AA Alkaline batterys ( probably 2 ) which i'll connect via a DC/DC converter ( Alkaline cells start at about 1.6V, and end of useful life is at abogtu .8V, so you do reallyu need to convert ) |
