Hello,
I'm seeking guidance on the optimal method for mounting ultrasonic transducers to minimize potential issues related to interference or standing waves.
I have three 40W 40kHz ultrasonic transducers, typically utilized for ultrasonic cleaners.
Given that the tray is approximately 20cm x 20cm x 20cm (equivalent to 8 liters, with a recommended power of 10W per 1 liters), I am contemplating mounting three of the 40W transducers, each running at about 35W RMS, to enhance longevity and reliability.
One approach involves arranging them in a row beneath the tray. Alternatively, a triangular configuration could be employed. Another option is to mount one on the bottom, one on the right wall, and one on the left wall.
I am uncertain which placement would be most optimal for these transducers. The cleaner will primarily be utilized for cleaning PCBs.
Thank you.
