An unknown/missing ic needs replacing
K-Experiment:
I want to make my own soldering station and i was thinking of creating a hakko 936.
but there is one ic that i couldnt buy from lcsc so can you help me?
the ic is a low power quad op amp: Nec uPC324
and if i may ask, how much current does it need from the transformer? is it 2.5A?

It's the same "324" op-amp. TI uses an "LM" prefix whereas NEC uses "uPC" to identify its parts.
Attached are the datasheets. Note that the schematic diagrams are identical save a current source of 4uA in the TI diagram which has a value of 6uA in the NEC version.
I bet the uPC324 was the chip the author found on his board when reverse engineering it, but they wrote "LM324" next to all of the op-amps to indicate than any 324 op-amp would work.

The uPC1701C is going to be the hardest part to get if you want to make a "true" 936 clone.
All the clones available use something simpler and cheaper instead, but some of them are designed for thermocouple sensors; here's one that uses the original thermistor type sensor: https://ai.esmplus.com/jnkgloballtd/solderingstation/lm358_simple.png
