Amplifier transistor circuit (positive feedback)

Hello,
I would like to ask you if a capacitor connected between the collector and  the Emitter of transistor can's work like positive feedback as shown on my attached circuit or that can’s decrease the output signal? if it doeshow it’s calculated?

Why not simulate it in SPICE software and see?

Just looking at it, I'd say not.

Yes, but only at radio frequencies.  And it acts as a capacitive divider against base-emitter capacitance, which means the base should have some capacitance to ground, so the transistor acts somewhat like a common-base amplifier (regarding the feedback anyway).

The usual purpose is making an oscillator with an operating frequency near the transistor fT.

You said, the base should have some capacitance to ground, why? and can you explain more how it acts as a capacitive divider against base-emitter capacitance?
