Check TI, they have quite a few that match your requirements. The OPA277 and the LF411 are pretty standard parts that don't break the bank, but really there are lots of them. Probably from other manufacturers too. 1 mV is not a particularly stringent requirement -- most general purpose (i.e., not low power) opamps with transistor inputs will meet it. It can sometimes be difficult to find those in the midst of all the micropower CMOS stuff.
Chopper stabilized amps are indeed the undisputed champions of low offset voltage, but it doesn't sound like you need that level of performance.
