Any good off-the-shelf reflow ovens targeted at the hobbyist market?

Hi all,

I've been looking to upgrade my hacked together toaster oven to a more professional style reflow oven that's better at reflow profiles, heating evenly, etc. However, while looking into it, there seems to really only be two options. The T962 clones that require quite a bit of work to get working and even then aren't great, or commercial reflow ovens that cost more than my car.

So, are there any good reflow ovens targeted at the hobbyist market that "just work" OOTB?

There's nothing really wrong with the T-962. I've used it for years. I believe I updated the firmware to the UnifiedEngineering one on github. It seems to run a bit smoother with it. The original firmware that shipped with mine was a bit quirky with the responsiveness of the buttons. The UE firmware fixed that and you can add an additional thermometer for cold junction compensation.

That's fair and may be what I actually end up doing in the end, but I was hoping for something a little more professional, e.g., better input protection, the ability to import and export reflow profiles and history, etc. Using 3D printers as an analogy, if the T962 is the original Ender 3, then I'm looking for something closer to an Ultimaker.
