Any info on this intel F32-408833 IC?

it hints that it's licenced from intel, made by winfield.

WINFIELD

INTEL(M)(C)1980

it's from an electronic typewriter, I'm building a winding machine and was thinking of using this to control it, since a winder is basically a typewriter but faster right?  ;D
I can't find any info on it, at first I thought it was some 8088 de-graded clone but nothing lines up.
it drives stepper motors trough a ULN2003A driver chips, also has a keyboard that connects directly trough it so it obviously is capable of doing some kind of multiplexing.
crystal is 12khz, connects to pins 18 and 19
ground connects to pin20, +5V to pins 20 and 31. it's a DIP40 package

I'll draw a schematic of the board if it helps

any info on this or even just a similar IC would be helpful!

I would lay a bet that it is a custom mask programmed 8051.

Yes, considering 1980 copyright date, this thing should at least have 8051 core, more likely just a usual 8051 with mask rom. i logo implies it was made by intel. Likely you can even read its ROM.

the datasheet says it's has an EPROM, this is Electronically Programmable ROM not Erasable, Programmable ROM right, was hoping to reprogram it  :D

8031 has no ROM, 8051 has mask ROM, 8751 has OTP EPROM (programmable only once). Only 8751 with quartz window (not usual plastic one) can be reprogrammed after UV erase.
