Any MOSFET similar of ULN2003?

Why not just any small cheap FET, eg. 2N7002? If you need a flyback diode, add one externally. Or you could choose jellybean BJTs if you don't like FETs.

Yes, I could do that, 4 FETs or pre-biased BJTs and 4 diodes. It's easier though to manually pick and place a single component.

If the device has an internal diode (and all mosfets have one) you can do without the flyback diode.
