It's not going to work like you are thinking...
According to the link to the drivers, they are AC input and output 3 to 3.8V DC with a 300mA constant current. So you're not going to be able to drive a string of 3 or 4 white LED's with that driver.
Also, those 5630 LED's are rated for 150mA, but they will need quite a bit of heat sinking at that temperature, and it's not their most efficient by far. You would do well to run them more like half that value for better efficacy and longer life (and less heat). Of course, you'll need more LED's, but them's the breaks.
If I were doing this, I'd use a standard AC->DC "wall wart" power adapter to get down to something like 24 or 36 volts and then build and CC LED driver with DC as my starting point.
Or, if I was looking to buy something off the shelf, I'd start with an AC->DC LED driver, like something from these guys ->
http://www.trcelectronics.com/I most definitely would not mess around with exposed AC->DC drivers from a Chinese source if I wasn't very very sure about exactly what I was doing and how to do it safely, and I suggest the same to you.
