There was the normal, yearly delay for the Chinese new year (a week or so long national holiday where the postal system doesn't seem to run on normal years), but with the Coronavirus, some places had extended "holidays" mandated and there has been increased scrutiny for shipping and generally doing business in China.
It does seem that the worst is past for delays in China, specifically, but a few countries have imposed additional checking/restrictions on parcels from China, and with the happenings in Italy and South Korea, it seems like there is some risk of spreading yet in this virus, so it may still be plaguing logistics for a bit longer. I believe there have been some supply chain related delays announced from major companies because of the outbreak, and it will likely manifest as delayed product launches since there's cancellations in attending conventions and whatnot as well.
