Anyone familiar with this chip?
« on: April 15, 2020, 01:43:25 am »
I was sorting through a grab bag and came across a 24 pin DIP marked Seeq DQ52B13H-350

The only data sheet I can find is not in english and I can't find a description anywhere.  That might have been Seeq Technology sold to LSI in 1999 and might be a memory of some kind.  Anyone have any clues?

Seeq was an EEPROM maker. A search on Seeq 52B13 got this:

https://deramp.com/downloads/mfe_archive/050-Component%20Specifications/Seeq/Seeq%2052B13%2052B13H.pdf

It's an Intel 2816 compatible. 350 is probably nanoseconds.

Yeah, after a little work I found a 1990 Seeq databook on bitsavers with the full specs.  It's a 2Kx8 EEPROM.

Highly valued for those who have Fluke 5440B, since DQ52B13H sometimes crap out in there and 2816 isn't that compatible ;-D.
