67-pin LCD Interface?

I came across a few dozen 7" lcd panels that didn't quite make thecut at work.  A tiny scratch gets them rejected and they were in the trash so... Yeah.  I'd like to use them in several projects but I'll need to convert their 67 pin ribbon cable to HDMI or another suitable interface.  Do any of you guys know what type of interface that is?  Specs indicate that it's TTL but the TTL I've seen is 50-pin, not 67.  The panel model is a Sharp LQ070Y3DG1A.  I'd appreciate the help.
