Ok, can anyone help me find such a mythical beast   :scared:

I really need a direct to PCB connector, that can carry single phase 240VAC, at up to 15A, and be in a right angled bulkhead type configuration, ideally positive locking and finger safe too!  Not too much to ask is it??   :-DD

Something like a Powercon would be perfect, but with pcb tails?

I'm trying to avoid having to do any point to point wiring inside a power distribution device, that has a pcb with various SSRs/relays on it, and needs to spit out power on command to various (around 10) outputs.  The alternative is to use fastons or threaded tags to a short length of wire to each connector, but i'd REALLY like to avoid having to do that....

If the powercon is perfect why not add 3mm bolts or standoffs to your pc and solder the contraconnector which is a simple cheap connector to the pcb? I have seen this done before with big current car relais.

I'm trying to simplify the build process. The pcb sits inside an enclosure that assembles into a larger unit, and i need connectors to allow that part to be easily removed / swapped, but i want to minimise the amount of (hand fabricated for this proddy volume (<50 units)) point to point wiring that is required, hence anything that can go straight to pcb should do that, and not go via a link harness or similar.

The incoming power will have to go via a small loom, because it goes via an isolator switch and MCB device, and it will likely arrive onto the pcb through some of those solder-on threaded little metal tabs eg:

But with 8 power feeds coming off the pcb, it will be better to try to get direct to pcb connectors!

CLIFFCON FCR6929? (knockoff speakons)

DIN41612?

C19/C20 (IEC60320) - spades normally?

C13/C14 - defo PCB rightangle, might do 15A at a stretch

Wurth REDCUBE?

TOBY are good guys for low cost connectors in the UK.
