Small IC to allow from 24v to 5v and vice versa

I'm looking for a suggestion of an IC. On my board I've very lack of space and I'd like to place 2 small IC that allow me to translate from 24v to 5v and another to 24v to 5v. Signal is a PWM of 200kHz, current sink max. 50mA. Looked for an opto but found only slow devices. Product suggestion? Thanks!

Just use a MOSFET driver, such as the TC4432.
