Autonomous IC for PD sink (ask for highest PDO)

Hi,

I'm looking for an IC that preferably without code (i2c control or local flash/config needs) would act as a PD sink controller, basically just asking for a PDO of 20V, asserting a pin when it's ok, another pin while it's not.

Also good if the part is actually something you can get hold of.
