ArCoN:
Hi All  8)

Can any one help me with this.

I have a circuit that use:
30uA static
wake up 2 times/sec and uses 3.3mA for 10mS at idle
and it do some work 10 times/day and it uses 5mA for 5sec

i cant get it right, for some reason

i have a 1100mAh battery

I get around 100h in my calc and it is not right  :-\

Thanks

Psi:
I got average total current draw of  98.894 uA

so 11123 hours

ArCoN:
Thanks Psi

Can you write how you did it?  ;D

sleemanj:
5mA for 5s is 0.0069 mAh, 10 times a day, divide by 24 hours 0.00289 mAh in an hour

3.3mA for 10mS is 9.1666666666667e-09 mAh, twice a second for an hour is 0.066 mAh in an hour

30uA for an hour is 0.03 mAh

Total 0.0988 mAh in an hour

I come up then with 11,000 hours (rounded :-))

I am probably wrong, I'm really bad at maths.

Psi:
Here's the workings, excel file attached.

But i wouldn't trust this as correct unless someone else gets the same number.
(Edit, looks like sleemanj also got 0.0988 mAh  and round 11,000 hours )
