Battery backup circuit

I am thinking to do battery backup and "debounce" circuit based on "reset ic" like mentioned in
https://www.maximintegrated.com/en/design/technical-documents/app-notes/1/1136.html
But as supplier(LCSC) dont have them, i am considering to use TPS3823 (
https://datasheet.lcsc.com/szlcsc/1810181824_Texas-Instruments-TPS3823-33DBVR_C7719.pdf
)
but not really sure this circuit going to work:
Do you think it will work?
