Brand name supplier of white blinking leds?

Do you know of any good company who manufactures high brightness white LEDs that are self-pulsating (=some IC integrated within LED)? I know that Kingbright has some, but only red, green and yellow.

I know that such LEDs can be found on ebay for cheap, but I need them to be from a reputable manufacturer (or at least not from no-name garage-fab in china).

I'm looking for about 4000 mcd luminous intensity, give or take.

Any hints?
