Buck/boost LED driver help

Hi folks, can anyone help me identify this IC used to drive some XHP LED's? I can't tell if in buck or boost, there is no diode so I assume it has a built in FET to provide the pump, so to speak...

Cannot find any info, maybe someone can help track the IC down?

Searching on LCSC gives me the ME2187 as a result and the Logo is matching.
