build change

heres the schematic split into 3 parts for a chinese 0-30v 5a psu with tap switching,can it be made using a coupe of taps from a multitap main transformer to run the whole psu or is the auxillary transfo needed?,the almost original schematic is the 2nd one..

ie looking at the pdf similar but not the same,can l1 be done away with so just use taps from l2 instead for the relay switching.

If you improve your english grammatical structure of your questions, then maybe someone will be able to comprehend the gist of your query.

From my understanding of your question, you are asking whether transformer tap switching will create a shorted winding, however, it is difficult to parse your sentence structure to be sure whether this is what you're asking.
