LED signal fixture

Hi. I'm searching for a signal lamp, to signal crane operators if a loading of something happened correctly.
It is outside harsh environment, seaside, IP69K rated, industrial, high quality, safety critical, battery powered.
I have something like this in mind:

Do you know any manufacturer who makes these kind of LED fixtures that can be bought off the shelf?
