I build a multiroom a/c by using a standard movable a/c

So I build a multiroom a/c by using air duct and authorized air valve.

It's actually the Rev 3 of this project

So how it's work:

for each room there are a standard thermostat https://ln.sync.com/dl/15be9e730/3t5ux7j7-qk8x78z4-87psrtkf-xj83jbbt/view/default/2870112860010 that are able to ask for heat, cold or only fan (the fan is on each mode with 3 speed) [actually I have a problem on this part because all the thermostat are independent so all can send all the output it there are no priority, I know basically the method to resolve this problem but I don't able to do it, basically it's to resolve this problem by using a microcontroller, in the old way by using only electronic components by different gate, or in the complicated way by modifying the app for the thermostat or directly the program inside the thermostat. But sadly even if I have the material to do it I'm not competent to any of this solutions.]

The continuation of the system:

When the thermostat is on heat mode this activate the compressor, inverter, fan, air valve for of the room there the thermostat ask for

When the thermostat is on cool mode this activate the compressor, fan, air valve for of the room there the thermostat ask for

When the thermostat is on fan mode this activate the fan, air valve for of the room there the thermostat ask for

The air go to the room by two possible way or new air, or recycled air, in any case the air go to a filter, and to the a/c even only in fan mode, the enter way for air is choose by the the temperature difference between the inside air and the outside air (on the principle anyway)
