I don't have contact info.  If I was looking for myself I would start with shortened versions of the url for the book.  If that didn't pan out I would search out the nearest TI sales rep or engineer.  And if that failed I would go to the main TI site and look for the contact us tab.  Google and the web have spoiled all of us, but a little leg work almost always pays off.

I came across this pdf while trying to get to one of their free tutorials about precision amplifiers:

http://www.ti.com/lsds/ti/amplifiers-linear/precision-amplifier-support-community.page#pocketref

By the way, I am really enjoying that series of videos and supporting materials.

To have a printed copy delivered to addresses in Canada, will bring the total of your order to US$11.99.

I wonder how much it would cost to get Staples to print it out and bind it?

I thought it would be a lot less $$. I just took a look at their pricing and it shows CA$0.39 per page for colour prints??? Yikes! ???

This is the pricing page I found:

http://www.staplescopyandprint.ca/pricelist.aspx

Binding is CA$3.99.

Anyone else tried to order one in the USA lately or is their zip code lookup still broken?
