Help me cross-ref this relay?

This Panasonic automotive relay is NLA:

I can’t find a replacement with equivalent rating (25A inrush—preferably higher; these relays failed at a spectacularly high rate). I mean, I can’t find a replacement that isn’t a Chinese “ignition source”. 

The markings on the relay are “CQ1W-12V-H24”. “W” is apparently for a wiper motor load. Can’t find a reference to “H24” in any Panasonic literature.

There is vertical room for a taller replacement.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
