I have an analog oscilloscope with a component tester. It works fine except the range value for capacitors is only good between 0.1uF to 220uF. Is there a way improve this on the oscilloscope or to make an added circuit so that I don't see a vertical line for capacitors greater than 220uF?

I have attached pictures (2.2uF, 220uF, 0.1uF in order) to hopefully add clarity. Any assistance or insight is greatly appreciated.

Oscilloscope: Heath 4552 25MHz

nope
buy a cheap transistor-capacitor-everything tester there are plenty on the bay or ali
they will give you far more accurate values for your capacitors and they are less than $20
