Graphics library for a menu based display interface

I have a project coming up and I am looking to see what is out there. The system itself has basic menu options required for configuration.
I believe at present I will use STM32 but am open to other suggestions.
So far I have found the following two. Has anyone got any experience using them and can offer any advice ? I would really like to implement a nice colour user interface but I am not sure how much resource this would take up. Any comments on this would be great.
The library does not have to be free but I dont think I can spend £1000s on it.
