Title: capacitance leakage tester

Thinking of building the little box on page 51. old but who knows. what do you think ?.

A blast from the past. I conveniently forgot that like 95% of the pages if those magazines was just ads - and we were paying good money for it.  But today the ads for surplus stuff brings good memories to me...
