I am quite new to high frequency design and currently need to verify the performance on some cables and devices used in data center, like CAT6a 8p8c (833MHz Baud Rate), USB 3.0 (5Gbps), 100G QSFP (25Gbps) per lane.
I am wondering if there are any cheap Chinese scope (Rigol come to my mind) that can help me verify the eye diagram?
Thanks.

At these speeds you need a serious scope with high speed and complex triiger facilties. You need to spend at least $5k or get lucky on ebay.
I'd be thinking Anritsu.
