Is it possible to configure CCPR1L with decimal point duty cycle ? such as 0.5% DC. Can anyone help me ?

Use an 1% DC but half the frequency.

Sorry I dont get what you mean. Let say I need to control a Servo. The frequency will be around 50Hz any lower frequency will cause the servo to malfunction.
