« on: March 29, 2020, 06:16:10 pm »
Would this LASER printer work okay for making PCB transfer papers?

I want to make some of the Carlson SMT PCB designs.

It's like $60!!

I don't own it, so I cannot say for certain.  However, I have the HP P1102W and have used it for a long time making PCBs.  I would advise using HP Toner for best results.  Just recently, I used a non HP toner and had good results but I wonder about quality control...will the next cartridge work as well.  I would be confident in HP QC.  The key to a good result is in the toner.  HP and Brother toners have proven themselves to me.
