| Checking for Positive and Negative 3 Phase Sequence |

Hello I am trying to get a high and low output on pin 11 to switch LEDs to identify both positive and negative phase sequence. I have found a circuit online have simulator using Multisim, however am running into error. Pins 14 and 7 have not been included in the schematic, however, pin 14 is for VDD(12V) and 7 is to ground. The simulation wasnt allowing me to put those to power the NAND gate 4011. |

This link may explain power supply connections in Multisim: https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA00Z000000P8j5SAC Also, I would increase the values of the resistors in series with the LEDs. The 100R value is far too low and prevents the 4011 output voltage from rising high enough to cut the transistor off. I would also use a slightly different arrangement, however the exact configuration would depend on the current draw of the LEDs. If a few milliamps, the transistor would not be required at all. Cheers, |
