color led red green yellow

I'm looking for a color led red green yellow all in one led

A standard Reg/Green/Blue led can produce what your after.

They do make red/green leds  (both on = yellow)

Here is a random one i found on digikey, there are lots of others.
If you want to mix led colors, wide angle leds seem to work best.
