| Common cathode diode array SMD IC for keyboard matrix? |

Hi, I'm looking for cheap common cathode diode array SMD IC, yes, I know common anode would work as well, but if its available as a "jelly bean" I prefer common cathode (I have found common anode IC: SMF05C https://www.semtech.com/uploads/documents/smf05c.pdf). I need it for button matrix reverse loop isolation (3/5V). I'm planning to assemble many boards so I'm looking a way to reduce components. |

Is the Toshiba 1SS309 good for you? 4 diodes in common cathode. https://www.digikey.ca/product-detail/en/toshiba-semiconductor-and-storage/1SS309-TE85LF/1SS309-TE85LF-TR-ND/2071884 |
