Title: Common SMD package footprint chart?
Post by: markbrannan on August 29, 2014, 02:21:50 pm
I am looking for a little chart with most of the standard SMD component footprints on to keep beside my computer for when i'm ordering parts. Basically as a quick reference for "can I hand solder that?" and "how hard is it going to be to route around that?". A quick Google search doesn't really have what I want - the closest thing being this image (http://chibi-sakura.org/images/smd_chart_v01.png).

Does anyone know of or have an image like this that has, say SOIC, SSOP, MSOP, TSOP, TSSOP, uSOP and a variety of resistor/cap packages? If not, I think i'll make one and post it up here. What would other people want to see in such a reference sheet?
