Part suggestions for SO8 H-Bridge IC

Hi guys , I'm looking for a cheap SO8 H-Bridge IC for a small 500mA dc motor.

Voltage?

(My best idea is four SO-8 packages: 2x IR2101 half bridge gate drivers and 2x SO-8 dual NMOS’s.)

If it is no higher than 5.5V, you might be able to get away with 74LVC2T45 + 2x SO-8 complementary MOS pairs connected into CMOS inverters. 74LVC2T45 optional if you are using 5V microcontroller, otherwise that chip is the level shifter.
