Suggestions for smartphone camera lens

Basically I don't plan on buying a nice microscope or anything in the near future but I could use something to help me see and I noticed that although it's purely digital zoom my phone gives a decent image, I haven't tried working under it yet but I've taken some closeups and the main problem is of course at that level of zoom it gets a little fuzzy, not awful or unusable if you have good light but can anyone recommend some inexpensive lens for smartphones?

A 2x-5x macro would probably be perfect, preferably I'd like a set of them but I've looked and nobody appears to sell a set of just macro lenses.
