It looks like a simple 100 mil pitch. Will fit a solderless breadboard and female pinheader sockets. Tons of connectors with that pitch. But measure it to make sure.
It always bothers me that they sell these things without the leadframe.
Sorry for the not-so-brilliant question, but why do you want the leadframe?
Because it ensures perfect alignment of the pins. Mount and solder with leadframe, break/cut the leadframe and your pins are perfect.
